Ecstatic Grooves offers conscious dance events rooted in Ecstatic Dance. We create safe, inclusive spaces where people can move freely, reconnect with their bodies and emotions, and experience presence, release, and connection—without judgment or substances.

We hold intentional gatherings where people from all backgrounds can return to themselves through music and movement. Our vision is to nurture a vibrant community where authenticity is welcome, and dance becomes a path to healing, expression, and shared joy.

Felippe and Holly’s paths have taken them across Brazil, the UK, and Italy, shaped by music, cultural immersion, and inner growth. Their shared experience and training inspired Ecstatic Grooves—a space born from their commitment to conscious movement and heart-centered holistic community. 

Ecstatic Dance is a practice of conscious movement, without labels, celebrating the freedom of expression and authentic connection with yourself and others. There are no judgments, no competition, no choreography—only space to express who you are, just as you are.

A free style dance journey with a carefully curated music journey, supported by moments of grounding and facilitation guided by people with experience in music and conscious movement. Through sound and movement, you're invited to explore emotions, energy, and presence. After the dance, a closing circle will help integrate the experience. It’s also a chance to meet new people and grow together as a community.

Music is at the core of Ecstatic Dance—a journey crossing rhythms, styles, and tempos from all over the world. Unlike clubbing, our DJs creates a journey mixing together electronic, tribal, folk and nature sounds in a flow that moves from meditative landscapes to powerful and uplifting vibrations.

Dance is a fun and natural way to nourish body and mind, regardless of age or body type: it strengthens muscles and cardiovascular health, improves flexibility, mobility, and balance, builds stamina, reduces stress and anxiety, combats depression, and boosts confidence and creativity… … and the list goes on...

In today’s hyper-connected yet often isolating world, conscious dance offers a space to unplug, find presence, and build authentic connections within a vibrant community. The events are facilitated in Italian and English and are open to everyone.
